How does pickup and delivery work?

Schedule online, bag your machine-washable laundry and add pickup instructions. We collect it, wash, dry and fold it, then deliver it back to your door.

When will my laundry come back?

We offer next-day turnaround for residential wash and fold. Choose your available pickup and delivery windows when booking. Contact us about special-care or bulky items before pickup.

How much does it cost?

Residential wash and fold is $1.99/lb with pickup and delivery included. Comforters and specialty items are priced separately. See laundry pricing.

Do you have a first-order or recurring discount?

Yes. Your first order receives 10% off, and weekly recurring service receives 5% off. Discounts are applied automatically.

Do I need to be home for pickup?

No. We come right to your door, including apartment doors on any floor. Leave your bags in a dry spot by your door and include any building, gate or entry instructions so we can reach them.

Which detergents can I choose?

Tide and Free & Clear are available. Select your laundry preferences in CleanCloud when scheduling your pickup.

What drying temperature do you use?

We default to drying your laundry on low heat unless heavier items require a higher or different heat setting. Add care preferences when booking and contact us about special-care items before pickup.

Can I drop off laundry at your store?

Pleasantville Laundry is a pickup and delivery service only. We no longer operate a customer-facing laundromat or storefront. Schedule online and we come to your door.
