Plan around service, not just the laundry bag.
Start with the number of bags or pounds your kitchen produces each week, and note your busiest days. A quote should account for both average volume and the extra laundry that comes with a full dining room.
Tell us about grease, food stains and heavily soiled items before service starts. Keep kitchen cloths identified separately from table linens and list any items with special care requirements. We’ll confirm which items we can accept and how they fit into your plan.
