Towel Exchange FAQs
What towels do you supply?
We supply white commercial terry bar towels in bundles of 50. These are practical work towels; the exchange does not include bath towels, luxury spa towels, sheets or table linens.
Who owns the towels?
Pleasantville Laundry owns and supplies the towels. You use them in your business and return them through the exchange; we take care of laundering and normal wear replacement.
How is Towel Exchange priced?
Plans start at $25/week for 50 towels. Your agreed weekly towel quantity has fixed package pricing, rather than a per-pound laundry charge. Request a plan for your weekly volume.
What is included in the weekly plan?
Your towel supply, weekly clean-towel delivery and used-towel collection, laundering, and replacement for normal wear are included.
How does the first exchange free offer work?
New recurring Towel Exchange customers receive their first exchange free, up to 100 towels. Recurring exchanges after that are billed at the agreed weekly package price. If you need more than 100 towels for your first exchange, ask us to confirm the price for the additional towels.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required. Give us seven days’ notice to cancel and arrange the return of the towels supplied by Pleasantville Laundry.
What if towels wear out or go missing?
Replacement for normal wear is included. Lost, discarded, unreturned, or excessively damaged towels may incur a $1-per-towel replacement fee.
Is this next-day laundry service?
Towel Exchange runs on a weekly recurring exchange: we bring clean towels and collect used ones. Next-day turnaround applies to standard customer-owned commercial laundry, where we wash and return your own items.
